Your technical help is most welcome, highly needed in fact if you noticed. Because the intention really is to come up with a free discussion board where the moderator can put up some threads but I have no idea how to do it on free websites, I am not even sure if there is one for free.
Because I am no techie, and I don't want to pretend to be anything I am not, so what I came up instead was this one. I encourage those who are good at this to come up with a free or sponsored discussion board and they can copy all the materials that you can see here.
